The advantages of menthol electronic cigarettes are actually twofold, in my case. First of all, I can use my ecigs just about anywhere without the usual restrictions that are imposed on standard cigarettes. This is actually quite understandable – especially in restaurants. Secondly, I can use them to help me cut down and eventually quit smoking altogether. The way that I do this is to systematically decrease the amount of ecig juice that I use.
By cutting down on the amount of ecig juice for my menthol electronic cigarettes, I’m able to slowly decrease the amount of nicotine that my body wants. Eventually, I can eliminate the craving for nicotine altogether! All of this can be accomplished while enjoying the same after meal cig that i had become accustomed to. There really is no better way to end smoking, once and for all, than that! My family agrees with me, as well.
