For quite some time, I had been considering taking a friend up on his advice that I switch out my regular cigarettes in favor of a new flavorful electronic substitute. I had been putting this off, even though he had told me how this new approach to smoking had helped him out – especially with his smoke breaks at work. I guess old habits die hard and some of us just take a bit longer to make a change of any kind. But that’s okay, because the change will come, eventually. So it was was with me and my precious cigarettes.
But to be honest, I really didn’t make much of a move to try this new smoking idea out – until my friend actually went out of his way to get me an ecig starter kit. Since he went through the trouble of getting this for me, I knew that I was going to feel obligated to give it a try. And let me tell you – I’m really glad that I did! I never expected to find out how enjoyable this adventure was going to be. It completely changed the way that I look at smoking. This new idea has me completely convinced.
I think the thing that surprised me the most was the absolutely satisfying taste that I thought that I was just not going to get.And, seriously, who could blame me? I had been smoking standard cigarettes for over 25 years. What would make me feel that, all of a sudden, something was on the market that would take the place of something that I was so familiar with? Well, I’ll tell you what – just a simple one day trial! That’s really all it took for me to instantly realized that a quantum leap had been made in the “world of smoking”.
Now, instead of carrying around a few packs of expensive cigarettes, I carry something that is far more portable and convenient. On top of that, there is no need for a cumbersome cigarette lighter, either. My new portable battery takes the place of that. Instead of worrying about where I’m going to smoke, I now have a nearly unlimited number of choices when it comes to where I can enjoy a cool menthol smoking break! The best part is that I don’t have to subject the folks around me to second hand smoke. This is also true of the fact that those who don’t smoke no longer have to endure the smell of my old cigarettes.
