I recently sent away for a new ecig kit that would allow me to smoke in places that were off limits to smokers who use standard cigarettes. It came with a really cool electronic cig charger that was a lot more versatile than I had originally imagined. Maybe I just didn’t read the advertising too closely. But I was amazed at the options that I had. For example, I could charge up at my computer using a USB connection. Or, I could charge up in my car using the cigarette lighter connection. And, of course, I could just plug the charger into the wall.
The one option that I like the best is the ability to charge up right from my car’s cigarette lighter connection. That’s because I’m always on the road, since I do outside sales for a living. When you’re on the road as much as I am, there are a lot of times when you just don’t have access to a wall outlet for an extended period of time. Now, this isn’t a reason for me to be without my ecig! I can use one battery while I’m driving and I can be recharging my other battery at the same time.
But there’s more to it than that. The best part of my new smoking kit is the actual ecig. I’m sure you already figured that part out. When I discovered ecigs, I discovered a way to keep some harmful things out of my lungs and out of the lungs of those who happened to be around me. This particularly holds true for member of my immediate family – especially the children. Now, don’t get me wrong. I wasn’t at home blowing smoke in my children’s faces. But even so, there was some of that smoke getting into them – just by being close to where I was smoking. the same holds true for my colleague’s second hand smoke at work.
I think that,in the long run, I’m going to make an effort to completely quit smoking for good. One of the reasons why I think that I might be successful at this is the fact that I can control the amount of nicotine that I take in with an ecig. I think that if I can cut down little by little, eventually I’ll be done with smoking. That’s the thing that I truly like about my new smoking kit - more than the charger…
